Exploring the Chakras Summer Series-7 Tuesday Evenings

During this 7 class Sakalya Yoga chakra series You will explore how each of these main chakras each hold energy specific to different emotions and experiences. In our first 6 classes, you will learn how you can work with these energy centers to bring harmony and balance to your body. We will be using an array of Ancient and modern yogic techniques such as Pranayama, Mantra, mudras and Kriya Kundalini to remove energetic blocks, increase energy and balance the nervous system.

Our Final class will be a special 90 minutes Sakalya Yin & Meridian Yoga class. After spending 6 classes working on Yang style Yoga and our muscular bodies. We will be working with all our energy centers, connective tissues, facias and meridians to bring subtle energy healing to our mind, emotional and spiritual bodies. Combining traditional Yin Yoga as taught by the founder Paul Grilley and Meridian Therapy(TCM). A first of its kind in Canada, Amber McCalmon is one of only a few Teachers Certified in Meridian Yoga and Sakalya Yin.
