Sakalya Yin yoga 🧘 Reiki and Sound Healing.

You are invited on a powerful and transformational healing journey to replenish your mind body and soul in a relaxed candlelight setting.

A holistic Sakalya Yin Yoga class is a slow style of yoga held in stillness with passive long holds allowing the deep and connective tissues of the body to become more flexible and mobile. This creates space within the body to release and stored energy and emotions. This class works in the whole self for optimal well being.

Reiki energy healing will be offered to each person as you rest and allow stillness and healing to take place within.

You will enjoy a Gentle sound healing of various singing and ceramic bowls tuned to specific frequencies to calm and center our energies while relaxing and restoring at the end of the class and while receiving Reiki Healing.

This beautiful and transformative experience is accessible to all levels of experience. Light refreshments of herbal tea will be available to enjoy after the workshop.
